Philosophy & Ideas for Unique Organic and Fairtrade |
|
A Danish quality series Quality series produced in Denmark based on organic Danish whey and old, organic herbs from the Danish flora traditionally used for beauty purposes. All products are produced in our own factory in Denmark.
Maximum content of organic ingredients Apart from our Rescue Serum, all products contain between 10% and 90% organic, certified ingredients. In accordance with Ecocert rules, a product must contain at least 10% organic ingredients in order to become certified.
Fair trade ingredients We use certified Fair Trade marula and Fair Trade mongongo in all products except from the Rescue Serum.
BUAV certified This is a guarantee that we have not tested our products on animals.
Good quality at reasonable prices Our claims advances confirm the high quality of our products. We are particularly concerned with the creation of good quality in terms of functionality. Our cosmetic products are located in the mid-range price category.
No utilisation of unnecessary or harmful chemicals We use no unnecessary or harmful chemicals such as parabens, propylene glycol, GMO, nano matters, EDTA, formaldehyde, synthetic colourants or fragrances.
Sustainable thinking Recycling of cardboard boxes; eco-friendly waste disposal; physical division of production facilities for recycling and minimisation of heating consumption; eco-friendly cleaning; no unnecessary packaging; EWG classification of all ingredients with regards to environmental and health-related issues; no PVC.
Innovative thinking Financially supported by the Danish innovation fond, we have developed a new cosmetic basic material based on organic Danish whey. As a residue product from cheese production, whey is a good eco-choice, and based to its richness in proteins, vitamins, minerals and lipids, it also makes up a good beauty choice.
Proximity Proximity plays an important role in the production of organic goods. The shorter the distance for the raw materials to be transported to the production site, the less pollution is created. If the raw material must be flown to Denmark from Brazil or Australia, a large part of the eco-friendliness goes down the drain, and the CO2 account is unduly affected.
